Shake, Rattle, and Roll

Shake
We had a small earthquake tonight. It felt like someone upstairs from us picked up their car and dropped it in their livingroom. It was a loud boom with a little sway. I have to say that I would rather have a blizzard, nor'easter, hurricane, tornado and even a shit storm before experiencing "the big one" that Los Angeles has been waiting for.

Rattle
My nerves have been kind of rattled lately with our ginormous to do list. We have been picking things off one by one but I feel like we aren't even making a dent in the "list". I have a target date that I would like everything done by. And by everything I mean having our bags packed so we could leave in a moments notice, batteries in all of the toys, and some meals prepared and frozen so we can have food, AKA a meatfest, when we get back from India. This date is February 22.

Roll
We got a new set of wheels today. We bought our baby stroller! I LOVE it! Behold the Baby Jogger City Mini 2009 in Stone. Stylish, compact, affordable, and practical.

Congrats on your baby! It's getting so close; you must be excited!

I was wondering if you could help me with something. I'm also having a baby in India and I'm confused about the Triple Test the dr sent me. Did you also have one of these? (It is a blood test for the surrogate, used to calculate the risk od Trisomy 21, 18 and NTDs). If you had this, did the dr use your age or the surrogate's age in the calculation? I'm afraid my dr used the wrong age and underestimated the risks, and she doesn't answer my questions about it. (I'm 30 and my surrogate is only 25)
